better heard while watching the new music video. As a new music video, the song
has climbed the charts of TRL and gained Chamillionare increased fame. The new music
video begins with a short skit with police interrogating Chamillionare on a
street corner. It then moves to Chamillionare dressed up as a white CNN-like
news broadcast that follows the lyrics of the song. What makes Chamillionare’s songs
so good is that they take relevant happenings within the hip-hop scene and around
America.
I suggest watching this new music video the first time you
listen to the song if you have not heard it yet because it plays like a short
film that follows the idea of the lyrics. There is then stock footage of police
raids while arrests are made. There is even an appearance and performance by Slick
Rick. It is also better to listen to a song that has more substance than your
